Please find attached the corrected location plan and boundary, reflecting the original application red line, not the ownership boundary.
With regard to the actual flue, we would consider the amendment deminimis, ie of no significant interest or not in the wider public agenda to pursue. The original approval was for a stainless steel flue with a swept bend then a straight run terminating though a cowl above roof line. The proposed flue, is as approved with the change from terminating out of a cowl the end piece is swept over to discharge rather than through a cowl as the cowl was not deemed suitable in the costal location.
