1.0 INTRODUCTION 1.1 The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
1.2 The application seeks only for a Minor Change (MCH) relating to the position of a flue.

1.3 Although submitted drawings appear to show floor plan details of a later 21/01349/B approval and appear to show changes to external windows at the rear compared with the original 2019 application and the later 2021 approval, these changes are not to be considered as part of this MCH.
1.4 The following assessment for the MCH if for the flue only as requested in the application form.

PASS - relates to Mona Cottage, Marathon Terrace, Queens Promenade, Douglas.
PASS - the application form outlines what minor change is being sort and is summarised as; An amendment to flue on north-west elevation.
