INTRODUCTION The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
PASS - relates to 21/00203/B and no other MCH application shave been received for this application.

PASS - the statement of case states, "However, following the applicants own review of the design, for construction purposes, and further discussions with the neighbours, the following changes are proposed and considered minor amendment for the following reasons: o The site has planning consent and 21 days have elapsed with no appeal requested. o The development has not been completed and the planning approval has not lapsed. o This is the first application for minor amendments. o We are not adding additional dwellings, increasing net footprint of approved building, altering the site boundary, altering approved access or changing special conditions applied to approval."
