Currently our plans show the front of the extension being used as a garage. Approval has been given for a suspended timber floor within this area, which means it can not be used as a garage. Therefore, I would like amend the plans to show it being repurposed as a storeroom. The door size will be reduced to that of a standard door (900mm x 2100mm). We do not require a garage due to having ample space outside the front of the property, which will be resurfaced. I have sent photos to support this amendment via email, quoting my reference number within the subject. These show the intended door and space outside the front of the property for parking.

Per Schedule 1 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
A minor changes application must —
(a) Specify the planning approval that is the subject of the application;
(b) Specify the changes to that approval which are being applied for;
(c) Include an explanation as to why those changes are being applied for;
(d) If relevant, include the site plan, and the plans, elevations and sections of the proposed buildings and structures referred to in paragraph 2(3) amended to indicate those changes.
