- Reconfiguration of an existing annexe roof to provide a roof
terrace with Min. 1800mm high artificial foliage and frosted
glazed screening.

Rear Annexe Roof.
Feature or element of the building fabric to be affected. e.g.
front entrance door, staircase.
Removal of an existing monopitch roof and part of existing
external wall.
How will this feature or element be affected by the proposals,
e.g. inappropriate glazing replaced by stained glass.
The removal of these elements will allow a coninuous
parapet for the construction of the roof terrace.
