The Council would kindly request a time extension in order to consider both PA 21/01119/B and PA 21/01130/CON both of which relate to a proposed development at 1, 1A And 2 Marina Road Douglas. It is hoped that both of these applications can be considered at a meeting of the Council’s Environmental Services Committee on the 15th November. This would be subject to additional information relating to the proposed bin storage area and no objections being raised by the Department of Infrastructure’s Highways Services Division in relation to parking and bicycle parking.
A time extension is also requested on PA 21/01095/B for proposed resurfacing of an existing carpark and access road close to the Grandstand, Glencrutchery Road, Douglas. It is expected that this application will be considered by the Council’s Executive Committee when it meets on the 29th October.
