Description of the proposed development. Please state clearly what you propose to do.
The applicant wishes to make an application in retrospect for the demolition of Auldyn House. The building is not registered but is in a Conservation Area. This is a retrospective application for the demolition of the Auldyn House building. Auldyn House was unsafe and was demolished under DEFA Notice Dem 21/00015/BCD. This application is to reconcile the demolition of a building in a Conservation Area with the Town and Country Planning Act 1999.
