Dear Sirs The following applications has been considered by the Commission:

21/01221/B - Cranford Breeze Hill Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7DL. Alterations and erection of an extension to existing dwelling with additional tourist use.<br><br>These extensions were considered carefully as they are a significant departure from the style of the current dwelling. The consensus, however, was that this aspect was a positive feature of the proposals due to the style of design put forward. Although the property can be viewed from lower down on Breezehill, it was felt unlikely that the resultant structure will impact on the public or neighbours,<br><br>No neighbour comment to date was noted. The objection from MU was also noted: it was felt that the latter is a matter for resolution between that organisation and the Planning Authority. It is not a concern that the Commission is qualified to comment upon.<br><br>There were no objections to the proposals from the Commission. 21/01228/CON - Cranford Breeze Hill Laxey Isle Of Man IM4 7DL. Registered building consent for demolition elements relating to PA 21/01221/B. There were no objections to these proposals from the Commission.<br><br>
