INTRODUCTION The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

PASS - relates to 15/01064/B and no other MCH application shave been received for this application.
PASS - relates to alterations to two of the dwellings.
PASS - the application provides the following, "The proposed amendments include the replacement of windows and French doors on the rear elevation with bi-fold doors. This would provide significant enhancements to the amenity of the prospective residents of these properties and will enhance the quality, design and appearance of the properties"
21(2)(b) The application specifies why the applicant considers the minor changes to be of a minor nature PASS - after requesting additional information the applicants have provided the following; "In respect of the work proposed, the amendments are minor by virtue of the fact they only relate to amendments to the fenestration of the building, namely amendments to some windows and replacement of French doors with bi-folds. These amendments do not have a significant material impact on the appearance of the approved proposals and as such are minor in their nature."
