TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019
In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Shearwater Limited, Ref 21/01069/MCH, for the Minor changes application to PA 15/01064/B to plots 4 and 5 to add bi-fold doors in place of windows and french doors at ground and first floor at Site Of Former Grand Island Hotel Bride Road Ramsey Isle Of Man .
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
This decision relates to drawings 15022-109 A, 15022-110 A, 15022-111 A, 15022-112 A, 15022-113 A, 15022-114 A, 15022-115 A, 15022-116 A, 15022-117 A date stamped as having been received on 8th September 2021 and drawings 15022-311-E, 15022-312-E, 15022-313-E, 15022-314-D, 12055-315-C, 15022-316-D, 15022-317-C, 15022-319-D, 15022-327-E, 15022-328-E, 15022-329-E, 15022-330-D, 15022-331-C, 15022-332-D, 15022-333-C, 15022-335-D date stamped as having been received on the 26th October 2021.
NOTE This approval relates to the change from window and doors to bi-fold doors on the first floor balcony of Plots 4 & 5 which is shown and described in the information received on the 26th October 2021.
