In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 11th April 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates partly to the installation of a flue pipe to the rear elevation of the property known as 1 Bourne Place, shown in drawing no. SM12/273/1.
- This approval relates to the change of use of the ground floor retail unit to a Fish & Chip shop and permits the use of the first floor for ancillary Fish & Chip shop goods preparation and the second floor for ancillary office use.
- The Fish and Chip shop shall not operate between 0000 hrs and 1200 hrs Monday to Friday and between 0200 hrs and 1200 hrs on Saturday and Sunday. These restrictions on opening hours shall be applicable in every week of every year.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
