INTRODUCTION The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.
BASIS OF APPLICATION 21(1) This is the only minor changes application that has been made in respect of any particular grant of planning approval.

- PASS - relates to 20/01116/B for the erection of a replacement dwelling and new garage/agricultural building and no other MCH applications have been submitted in respect of this application

PASS - amendment to the roof covering for the proposed outbuilding: the south facing roof which was to be finished in sheeting will now be finished in slate to match the house and the outbuildings in the surrounding area, and the north facing roof will be finished in a sedum rather than sheeted roof and planted with Stonecrop and Biting Stonecrop which are native to the Island and recommended by DEFA.
