INTRODUCTION The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

PASS - relates to 16/00730/B and no other MCH application has been received for this application.
PASS - PA16/00730/B was for alterations to dwelling including creation of a dormer window and roof terrace and inclusion of a pitched roof over existing detached garage.
PASS - the application form specifies that the application proposes: Alteration to position of dormer.
21(2)(b) The application specifies why the applicant considers the minor changes to be of a minor nature PASS - The covering letter includes the following information, the dormer would be slightly further forward on the roof slope and would not impact on any neighbour. The size and shape of the dormer would remain the same but the glazing pattern would alter to three vertical plans rather than 4 vertical plans of glass. The overall glazing area would remain the same.
