Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision is based upon drawings 21/05/01, 21/05/02 and 21/05/03 all received on 3rd March, 2021. NOTE This approval relates to the omission of a window and installation of an additional window as shown in drawing 21/05/03 and 21/05/01 both received on 3rd March, 2021.
