In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Intelligent Developments Limited, Ref 21/00196/MCH, for the Minor Changes application to PA 16/01110/B involving alterations to entrance doors and garage doors to west elevation at Shore House Shore Road Port Erin Isle Of Man IM9 6HH.

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision relates to drawings 16/2557/03B, 16/2557/05H, 16/2557/06F and 16/02557/07D all received on 2nd April, 2021. NOTE This approval relates to all of the proposed changes included in the application received on 2nd April, 2021.
