INTRODUCTION The following application is to be assessed against the criteria set out in Part 3 - Minor Changes Applications of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019 specifically Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24.

21(2)(b) The application specifies why the applicant considers the minor changes to be of a minor nature PASS - The application form states the following, "The retaining wall following structural engineer's designs has required the overall workshop to move approximately 1m away from the boundary between Ballakinnag New House and Ballakinnag House. No other alterations have been undertaken. The client has not be afforded any additional benefit with this move.
Due to the nature and resulting factors of the move we would say that the overall significance of the move is deemed de minimis, ie of no significant interest or not in the wider public agenda to pursue. As the overall location, style and size of workshop has not altered."
