From: Gordon Clarke To: Porter, Vanessa Subject: RE: PA21/00128/LAW - Cooilbane House Date: 07 April 2021 08:37:17 Attachments: CCF07042021.pdf Caution: This email is from an external sender. Please take care before opening any attachments or following any links. Dear Vanessa,
Further to your email we enclose a copy of the Contractors invoice for the Lift enclosure. The contract figures are redacted but I hope this is sufficient along with the lift documents already provided to show the time period for the works carried out for , the then owner. Unfortunately passed away a few years ago, but the lift is still used in its present access capacity.
Many thanks
Kind regards

Good Afternoon,
I am just looking at this application to do my report and prior to, wondered if you had any evidence to provide which proves that the lift was installed at that time, anything such as information to sufficiently demonstrate that the lift has been in place since the time period given.
Our website gives the following details for evidence, “Such evidence can include invoices from tradespersons who carried out the work, rates or utilities bills which demonstrate that a particular person was resident in a property at a particular time, dated photographs of the property, aerial photographs which could illustrate how a site has been used, accounting information which could illustrate that a business has been operational at a certain site or at a certain level of intensity. An affidavit (a written sworn statement of fact voluntarily made under an oath or affirmation administered by a person authorised to do so by law) can be acceptable, however, the forms of evidence listed above are considered more definitive and affidavits should be used as evidence only in the absence of more factual forms of proof.”
Would you be able to provide the details above to me by the 14th April 2021 at the latest.
Many Thanks
Nessy
