TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Charlie & Mrs Faye-Marie Woolnough, Ref 21/00023/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 20/00603/B involving alterations to window size and design and external finish at Ballacree Farm Ronague Road Ballabeg Castletown Isle Of Man IM9 4HF .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This approval relates to drawings P10-100, P10-04/A, P10-05, P12-02, and P12-03 all received on 13th January, 2021. NOTE This approval relates to the change in number of windows and window size and size, all shown and described in the information received on 13th January, 2021.
