TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 The Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2019

In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Gary Saunders, Ref 21/00001/MCH, for the Minor Change application to PA 19/00973/B involving alterations to approved conservatory extension at Casa Cascada (formerly Shady Moar) Shore Road Glen Maye Isle Of Man IM5 3BG .

Any conditions or notes which apply to this decision are set out below. This decision relates to drawings no. GS/19/01-02 date stamped as having been received on 13th January, 2021.

NOTE This decision relates to all of the minor changes proposed to 19/00973/B relating to the alterations, erection of extensions and creation of a porch on Casa Cascada (formerly Shady Moar), Shore Road, Glen Maye.
