PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO INTERNAL LAYOUT OF APPROVED BUNGALOW TOGETHER WITH RE-POSITIONING OF EXTERNAL DOORS AND WINDOWS.

WORKS HAVE COMMENCED ON SITE FOR THE BUNGALOW APPROVED UNDER P.A.NO.16/01413/REM. THE APPLICANTS WISH TO REMOVE THE ROOF SPACE ACCOMMODATION AND REDUCE INTERNAL ACCOMMODATION TO PROVIDE A TWO BEDROOM BUNGALOW ONLY. DOOR AND WINDOW LOCATIONS HAVE BEEN AMENDED TO SUIT THE REVISED LAYOUT.

THE APPROVED DWELLING IS BUILT UP TO DAMP COURSE LEVEL AT THE PRESENT TIME.

A minor changes application must —

(a) Specify the planning approval that is the subject of the application;

(b) Specify the changes to that approval which are being applied for;

(c) Include an explanation as to why those changes are being applied for;

(d) If relevant, include the site plan, and the plans, elevations and sections of the proposed buildings and structures referred to in paragraph 2(3) amended to indicate those changes.
