amending door and window configurations to provide a revised property layout
21(2)(b) The application specifies why the applicant considers the minor changes to be of a minor nature PASS - "The reason for the Minor Amendment Application in this instance is that the bungalow remains the same shape, footprint size and general appearance with roof pitch remaining as approved initially. The only alterations, externally, would be revised widow locations to suit a new internal arrangement that would reduce the bungalow to a two Bedroom unit only together with removal of previously approved roof space accommodation. The sub-structure for the originally approved dwelling is already up to d.p.c. level and my clients could carry on with the works but would wish to obtain approval for the revised window and door modifications before they reach those particular levels in the construction process."
