Flexibility on blocking planting
Notwithstanding the proposed planting shown to block up the existing driveway and access, this need not be introduced if this would impede access or visibility relating to the neighbour's access. Reason: in the interest of highway safety and convenience.
Braddan Parish Commissioners had no objections to the application. DOI Highways Division deferred their response awaiting further information on visibility impacts from blocking the existing access and proposed tree planting.
