Again I am sympathetic to the property owners who are endeavouring to realise the potential of the existing plot and this proposal disregarding internal size and other planning issues which I am not qualified to comment on is pleasing to look at.
My observation concerns the new vehicle entrance in relationship to our property. The application drawing does not show the position of the existing garage with respect to the new dwelling and vehicle parking and the existing entrance to the garage. There is no drawing showing the opposite properties on Mount Gawne road to show the interaction of the new vehicle entrance, road width etc.
In the last 23 years the traffic flow on Mount Gawne Road and Shore Road has increased significantly and reversing in and out any property is hazardous.

I feel that whatever plan is approved for this property careful consideration and guidance is given in how the building work will be managed and the time scale from start to finish so that extensive parking of trades does not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of the existing residents.
