Planning Application No. 16/00523/B Groudle House IM3 2JY
We wish to object to the above planning notice on the following grounds. It is our understanding that as the development adjoins our property that we have interested party status
- The proposed development is unnecessary as the property already has a sewage system
- The proposed development is on land which there is a very high mature tree. Excavation on this site could damage the root structure causing the tree to become unstable and dangerous. In addition the fluid from the tail drains could cause land slip in the Glen. The unit would be unsightly to visitors to the Glen as the public footpath passes on both sides of the site
- The proposed site excavations are within 15 meters of foundations and could cause land slip and damage to our property, and we object on the basis of noise and smell
- We have only just been made aware of this application by a third party. The owner of Groudle House has not made us aware as required by planning regulations
