The comment stated;

I am the owner of a property on the same road which is serviced by the sewage works already in place. As this implies, there is already a system in place that services the properties on this road (including the applicants), which is owned and maintained by the applicant. There is no reasonable need for a unit solely for the applicants property. Additionally the site chosen for the proposed biodisc unit would mean it would be installed too close to other properties. Also I have not received notice of this application from the applicant, as the proposal would adversely affect the sewage treatment and removal for my property, as well as everyone else on the road, I would have thought she would have a duty to inform us.

Finally I do not believe the applicant owns the land on which she wishes to place the proposed unit.
