Re: PA 16/00523 - Installation of a bio disc unit, Groudle Glen House, King Edward Road, Onchan

I am directed to advise you that the above application was considered at the Onchan District Commissioners meeting held on Monday 13^{\text {th }} June 2016.

It is felt that this application should not be approved as the land upon which the tank is to be installed is not considered to be in the ownership of the applicant. It is believed that the land is in the ownership of the Commissioners who have indicated that they are unlikely to sell the land. It is also recognised that the proposals are unlikely to meet building regulation standards.

It is also requested that the Planning Officer takes into consideration the details of legal actions in respect of the premises and the associated drainage. Our legal advisors will submit details of this for consideration.
