TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1999 – Planning List 15/09/17 TOWN & COUNTRY (DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURE) (NO 2) ORDER 2013
Following consideration of the planning applications listed below, I can advise that Douglas Borough Council has no objection to the proposals but please see our comment requesting a 14 day time extension to consider planning application 17/00951/B.
It should be noted that the comments are made in relation to the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not imply approval or consent under any other relevant enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.
