Housing Policy 14
HP14 allows larger replacement dwellings in the countryside if visual impact is suitably limited through high quality innovative design. Prior approval PA 12/00355/B complied by addressing previous refusals; these garden details do not alter overall position, height, design or mass, maintaining limited impact.
Time limit
The development hereby approved shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this decision notice. Reason: To comply with article 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) (No2) Order 2013 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented planning approvals.
Access and visibility
Prior to any construction the access shown on Richmond Square drawing no 1106 P920 date stamped 15/02/2016 shall be constructed and the visibility splays shall remain unobstructed at a height of 1.05m thereafter. Reason: In the interest of highway safety
