The land originally associated with "Balnahow Farm" has been purchased and is being farmed by Southampton Farms Ltd. The outbuildings at Balnahow are not required as Southampton Farm has a modern farm complex at Port Soderick. A structural report is included with this submission to verify that the existing outbuildings are substantially intact and structurally capable of renovation / conversion.
