17/01086/B: Mullen-y-Quinney, Mill House, Old Castletown Rd: Conversion of existing outbuilding to provide ancillary accommodation. No objection.
Amended plans:
17/00871/B: Perk Cottage: Alterations etc. & replacement of detached garage with accom. above. No objection.
The Commissioners have no objection to the above two applications.
The Commissioners do however object to the application below as the area is not zoned for development and development approval was refused for otherwise useless derelict land behind the old Lancashire Hotel nearby.
17/01132/A: Land at Great Gates, Main Rd: AIP for erection of a dwelling. Objection: Not zoned.
