This unit has historically been used as retail premises until the recent change of use c.2008 and would be returning to that use. Hospice Shops Isle of Man have a strong and permanent presence within the retail areas of the Island and wish to continue in Peel - aiming to help increase visitor numbers to the area with an enhanced and attractive unit.
