On the application form the site address is for "Burnside, Main Road, Union Mills" which is a different property from that as shown on the red outlined location / site plans.
It is noted on the site plans the property is called "Burnside Cottage", which also corresponds to our mapping system. Is this the correct address for the site? And if so please can you confirm as well as provide authority for the application forms / plans to be amended.
