It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Applications:

• PA17/00481/B – Little Cherubs Kindergarten – Variation of condition 3 of PA13/91391/C, to increase the limit on children attending the nursery from 27 to 33 – The Old Chapel, Main Road, Union Mills.
• PA17/00495/B – Mr & Mrs Pretorius – Alterations & erection of extensions – Cedar Lodge, Main Road, Union Mills, IM4 4LW
• PA17/00502/C – Mrs C M Davis – Change of use to self catering tourist accommodation – Rivendell, Lhergy Cripperty, Union Mills, IM4 4NF
• PA17/00505/B – Mr M MacDonald – Erection of replacement conservatory – B Cronk Road, Union Mills, Braddan.
• PA17/00514/B – Mr I Richardson – Erection of first floor extension over garage to provide additional living accommodation and driveway alteration – 4 Ashen Bank, Tromode Woods, Braddan.
