Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development) Order 2005 - erection of garden house or summer-house
This class permits garden houses/summer-houses up to 15m² floor area and 2.8m height, with conditions on proximity to highways and other limits; the proposal exceeds the area limit at 20.25m² but was assessed as acceptable due to its small scale, timber finish, subordination to the dwelling, and lack of visibility from public views despite being outside permitted development.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Ancillary use only
No permission is hereby given for the use of the log cabin for permanent residential use. The log cabin may be used only in association with the main dwelling house "Valley Crest" and for purposes ancillary to the use of main dwelling house "Valley Crest" as a single dwelling.
