General Policy 2
GP2 applies to development in Predominantly Residential areas under the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982. The officer assessed the roof replacement as improving the dwelling's appearance through roof uniformity, in accordance with GP2 and paragraph 8.12.1 of the Strategic Plan.
