The comment stated;
I live opposite.
There is no parking on the site, the area is already overcrowded due to numerous new flats
being built with less than the recommended parking spaces. Waterloo Road is an arterial road
which has double yellow lines on it on both sides that have been there for many years. It is a
bus route and the alternative to the Mountain Road when it is closed.
There is no evidence to those of us living in the area that property is actually a boarding house
e.g. online adverts or listings and appears to have been occupied by one (extended) family in
recent years.
