Dear Krystina
With reference to the above mentioned application, please be advised that there is a 3 inch diameter Distribution Main and a Public Sewer passing through the land of the proposed play area as shown in the attached layout.
We are not writing to object to the application but to inform you that in the event of a distribution problem, Manx Utilities Authority would require access to these services at all times.
No part of the proposed development may be constructed, nor any trees planted within three metres of any service either at the time of construction or any time in the future.
Please also be aware that there may also be buried items and/or mains for which no records exist and therefore are not indicated on the plan.
Notes: In the event of trial holes or other works being required, in order to locate and then subsequently protect or divert the water mains, all associated costs would be the responsibility of owner(s)/applicant(s).
