Conditions (if any)
The proposals are to widen the existing drive to
accommodate off street parking for 3 cars associated
with 39 Westminster Drive.
Whilst it is acknowledged that any widening of the drive
will potentially reduce on street parking capacity, the
applicant has demonstrated the reasoning behind the
need for an extra space.
This is primarily to do with a family members becoming
old enough to drive / own a car and struggling to park
outside their house at busy times.
The proposals are therefore considered acceptable.
