Re: P.A. No. 17/00759/C - Change of use of first floor residential unit to provide clinic treatment rooms - 1, The Courtyard, Rear of No. 3, Water Street, Ramsey for Ellan Vannin Chiropractic Clinic
I am directed to advise that the Commissioners considered the above application at their meeting held on Wednesday 16th August, 2017, and whilst they had no objection to the proposal, they made the following observation:
- The Applicant has supplied details of opening hours for the existing clinic, these being 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday.
Should this application be approved, the Commission recommends the inclusion of the above information as a Condition of any such approval.
I trust that this observation will be brought to the attention of the Planning Committee, when considering this application.
