Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no.s 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06 date stamped the 20th January 2012.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under under Section 3(3) of the Government Departments Act 1987.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
