Erection of Shed (Retrospective).
Members wish to reiterate that they are opposed in principle to all retrospective planning applications.
They note that the finish and colour of the shed does appear to exacerbate its visual impact in this location and would have led to expressions of concern or objection if the application had been submitted prior to erection.
