I write for and on behalf of Ramsey Park Hotel Ltd, the applicant, in respect of the above site.
Part of the site is owned by Ramsey Park Hotel Limited and part is owned by Seymar Developments Limited. A planning application has today been submitted for the 'Proposed extension of Ramsey Park Hotel to provide a function suite and 30 no. additional bedrooms, alterations and additional access to existing car park and alterations to adjacent apartment building car park'.
In accordance with the planning application requirements please accept this letter as formal notification of submission of a planning application at the above site. Please find enclosed a site plan and a copy of the completed Certificate of Land Ownership for completeness.
