We would like to give you a letter with our request to Mr Richard Green Architect for correction some part on Site Plan no 399/1/1 (dated: August 2017), Site Plan no 399/1/2 (dated: August 2017) and Plans as Proposed no 399/1/4 (dated: July 2017).
Please, add this letter to our records no 17/01103/B.
NOTE FROM BUSINESS MEETING (Ramsey, 14th August 2018)
Business meeting between Mr Richard Green (Associates Architectural Services, Kiondroghad House, Kiondroghad Road, Andreas, IM7 3EL, Isle of Man)) and Mrs Karolina Latowska also on Behalf Husband Mr Tomasz Murawka (42 Slieau Whallian Park, St. Johns, IM4 3JJ, Isle of Man).
During our business meeting today I have requested Mr Richard Green our Architect about changing Site Plan no 399/1/1 (dated: August 2017); Site Plan no 399/1/2/ (dated: August 2017) and Plans as Proposed no 399/1/4 (dated: July 2017). Those Plans had gone in 2017 to Town and Country Planning and Planning and Building Control Directorate (no 17/01103/B). The Site Plans and Plans Proposed listed above had been made by Mr Richard our Architect, there are some errors. We request Mr Richard to make correction some errors listed below.
1/ The boundary line between our property land (no42) and our neighbour property land (no41) on the Plans listed above show displacement. Those Plans should be make a correction as (no 42) filed plan Title No 31-00513 (produced by the Isle of Man Land Registry) and neighbour (no41) filed plan Title No 31-00283 (produced by the Isle of Man Land Registry).
2/ The Plan Proposed no 399/1/4 should be make a correction, concrete path going into to neighbour (41) rear gate should be remove (on Land Registry this not exist). We request to change on the Plan our path on the middle of our property land in the front of the house, remove brick wall and gate in the middle part and between our (no42) boundary and neighbour (no41) and change the gate from corner our front house to our boundary.
Our boundary between (no42) and (no41) side border from the back of the houses replace as Land Registry filed plan (listed above) there are 0,5mm x 500 Scale (from neighbour no 41 rear side of the house).
Mr Richard Green obligate to make correction in the near future (during 3 weeks) and we will bring them to Town and Country Planning and Building Control Directorate for keep them to our record (Ref.17/01103/B).
