Dear Nelly,
Thank you for meeting with me last week.
I have been passed your two certificate of lawfulness applications for the above, having considered the matter the best way forward would be for the submission to be brought together as a single application with the following description;
"Use of 38 Murrays Road as a 12 bedrooms House in Multiple Occupation with shared facilities and a separate self contained 1 bedroom flat accommodation on part of ground floor."
If you are happy with the above suggestion and description for the proposal please let confirm by return and we will amalgamate the two into a single application for registration and processing.
Please bear in mind that should the certificate be allowed the above description will form the legal authorised description for the property.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Abigail
