The works hereby granted registered building consent shall be begun before the expiration of four years from the date of this consent. Reason: To comply with paragraph 2(2)(a) of schedule 3 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 and to avoid the accumulation of unimplemented registered building consents. This approval relates to Drawing 1421-DC-102-A date stamped as received 16 June 2015, Drawings 1421-DC-100-A and 202-C both date stamped as received 8 January 2016 and Planning and Design Statement v 2 date stamped as received 20 January 2016. To further validate the appeal it must contain: · Payment of a planning appeal fee as prescribed in the Town and Country Planning (Application and Appeal Fees) (No2) Order 2015 (currently £165); · The reasons for making the appeal; and · An election to have the appeal conducted by means of an inquiry (a hearing) or by means of written representation.
