Dear All,

It was unanimously resolved that the Commissioners had no objections to the following Planning Applications. They did however have a comment to make about PA15/01186 - see below:-

• 15/00755/B - Erection of a two storey extension to existing dwelling and erection of a detached garage - Rose Hill Lodge Richmond Hill - Amended plans received

• PA15/01162 - D Cowley - Blocking up existing garage door & erection of flue to dwelling (partial retrospective) - 115 Fairways Drive, Mount Murray

• PA15/00755/B - Mr & Mrs M Guthrie - Erection of a two storey extension to existing dwelling & erection of a detached garage - Rose Hill Lodge, Richmond Hill (amended plans received)

• PA15/01186/B - Jacksons (CI) Limited - Development of a multi franchise car dealership consisting of two showrooms, after building and valeting building with associated roads, drainage and landscaping, inclusion of future development for a further showroom, after sales building and showroom extension and alterations to highway including creation of a roundabout - Field 522159 And Part Field's 522157 & 524831 Cooil Road Braddan - Amended plans received 12.11.15

  • The Commissioners would appreciate it if they could negotiate with the applicant prior to any construction taking place to establish who would take responsibility for maintaining the green areas, verges and roundabout indicated on the plans.

• PA15/01201 - Mr & Mrs J Nippress - Erection of first floor dormer to provide additional living accommodation - 11 Ballamillaghyn, Mount Rule - Amended plans received 12.11.15

• PA15/1205 - Mr J D Wing - Installation of flue - 4 Ballanawin, The Strang

• PA15/01230 - Mr A Bell - Erection of extension to front elevation of dwelling - 26 Ballamillaghyn Estate, Mount Rule

• PA15/01245 - The Joey Dunlop Foundation - Erection of a two storey extension to provide an additional two apartments and construction of a wheelchair access ramp and gate to Braddan Road - Braddan Bridge House, Braddan
