The proposal is for a single dwelling on a plot that has
planning approval for a single dwelling. Access from the
highway has been approved under PA 15/01124/B.
Highway Services do not oppose this application subject
to the following conditions:
- Prior to the occupation of the dwelling the garage, car
parking and manoeuvring areas shall be provided and
remain free from obstruction thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that the strategic plan car parking
standards are met in the interest of highway safety.
- Prior to the occupation of the dwelling the road and
footway/footpath between the highway and dwelling
shall be constructed to at least base course level.
Reason: To ensure adequate pedestrian and vehicular
access to each dwelling in the interest of highway safety.
