In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Regulations the Department of Infrastructure has given EXPRESS CONSENT to Mr & Mrs Peter Lunt for the placement, erection and/or display of adverts in accordance with the planning application and drawings submitted by or on behalf of the applicant and approved on the 22nd February 2012.
In compliance with the requirements specified hereunder and generally in accordance with the requirements of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005, the proposal now given consent is for;
Installation of illuminated and non illuminated signage (retrospective).
The site for positioning the advert is;
2 Murrays Road Douglas Isle Of Man IM2 3HT
The conditions for such placement are;
1) The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2) This approval relates to the erection of one illuminated signage and one non-illuminated signage to the property known as 2 Murrays Road, Douglas, shown in the existing front elevation and side elevation photographs submitted with the planning application, received on 09 January 2012.

This decision was made by the Development Control Manager under the authority delegated by the Department under Regulation 6(2) of the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Control of Advertisements Regulations 2005.
The proposed advert may not be erected or displayed until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
