In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 29th February 2012, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows and front door, and conversion of the property (known as 2 Murrays Road, Douglas) from a dwelling into a guest house, shown in: the 1:1250 scale Location Plan, ground, first and second floor proposed floor plans, photograph of previous (before proposed works were carried-out) front elevation and front door, received on 9 January 2012.
This decision was made by a Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to them under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
