Dear Sir,

As owner of the plot of land adjacent to Beach Cottage, I am objecting to the above development for the following reasons:

It is inappropriate in a the Conservation Area of Old Laxey, when the property, previously a small Manx cottage has already been substantially extended;

It is not in character with the Conservation Area;

The plot will be overdeveloped;

It will deprive my land, which is to be developed as a Permaculture plot, of natural light.
